Refund Policy

The rest of this page spells that out, including how long one takes to write and how refunds are issued.

A Deep Reading is a one-time, personalized digital report generated from your own assessment answers. It is not a subscription. You pay once, and the finished report is saved to your account and delivered to you by email.

You can preview a sample of the Deep Reading before you buy, so you know the shape of what you're getting.

Each reading is written individually for you at the moment of purchase — it is not pulled off a shelf. Generation usually takes about five minutes, and occasionally up to ten. Your report then arrives by email at the address you used at checkout.

If your Deep Reading fails to generate, times out, or arrives incomplete, we refund your purchase in full, automatically — no request needed. You'll get an email confirming the refund, and you're welcome to try again.

If your Deep Reading arrived successfully but isn't what you were looking for, email us at contact@politicaldna.org within seven days of receiving it and tell us what fell short. We review every request personally and, in the large majority of cases, issue a full refund.

Because each reading is unique and created individually for a single reader, we handle satisfaction refunds case by case rather than as an automatic, self-serve option. We'd always rather answer a question or fix a problem than lose you as a reader.

When we issue a refund, we refund the full amount you paid. Card-processing fees are ours to absorb, not yours.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Deep Readings unlocked with a promo code or otherwise provided at no charge are not eligible for a cash refund, since no payment was made. If a comped report fails to generate, we'll regenerate it for you.
