The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
The Political DNA name, logo, assessment questions, archetype descriptions, website design, and underlying methodology are owned by Political DNA Project or used under license. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without permission.
Your individual results belong to you. You're free to share, discuss, or publish your own results however you choose.
By completing the Political DNA assessment, you grant Political DNA Project a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your de-identified response data for research purposes, including:
"De-identified" means your responses are analyzed without any information that could identify you personally. Your name, contact information, and precise location are never associated with your responses in any research context.
We actively collaborate with researchers in political science and psychology. Academic partners who receive data are bound by data use agreements requiring ethical treatment of research subjects and compliance with their institutional review requirements. Researchers interested in collaboration should contact [email protected].
Political DNA is an educational and self-reflection tool. Your results are not professional psychological, political, or any other kind of advice. Don't make important life decisions based solely on your archetype.
While we've designed the assessment based on political science research, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of your results. Political beliefs are complex and can't be perfectly captured by any assessment.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We don't guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLITICAL DNA PROJECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Political DNA Project and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Your use of Political DNA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users. Since the service doesn't require accounts, termination would typically involve blocking access from specific IP addresses or devices.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Political DNA regarding use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
